PEE WEE CAMP - Grades Pre-K to 5th

This camp is designed to introduce the fundamental skills of volleyball through drills, activities and games for all youth ages.This is a fun camp that introduces campers to the basic skills of volleyball. It includes a step-by-step progression of skills with the goal of developing a strong fundamental base. This is a 3 day camp. Does not include a meal.

JUNIOR HAWK CAMP - Grades 1st - 8th

This camp is designed to teach volleyball skills to players in grades 1-8. (8th grade is the max age that can attend this camp for this month). This is a fun camp that introduces campers to the basic skills of volleyball. This camp will consist of step-by-step progression of skills with the goal of developing a strong fundamental base. This is a 3 day camp. Does not include a meal.

Camp Times: 12:30-3:00 p.m.

Session 2: July29-31
Check in: 12:00 p.m.
Camp Times: 12:30-3:00 p.m.

All SKILLS CAMP - Grades 7 -12th

This camp will cater to all positions of volleyball. During certain sessions, players will be divided up by position to work on specific position skills (outside hitter, middle hitter, setter, etc.). During alternating sessions, players will be put on a team according to age and skill level to work on playing in a team format as well as practicing all the various skills included in the game of volleyball. This is a multi-day camp.Please fill out your roommate request upon sign up

Session II : July 22-24th

Cost: $380/Dorm Resident or $310/Commuter

COLLEGE ID CAMP JULY 17-19 - GRADES 9 AND UP

College ID Camp is a competitive camp designed for more advanced players who are serious about preparing to play NCAA Division I Volleyball. It is preferred that you have 3-4 years of high-level club volleyball experience. This camp will cater to all positions of volleyball. During certain sessions, players will be divided up by position to work on specific position skills (Outside Hitter, Middle Hitter, Setter, etc.). During alternating sessions, players will be put on a team according to age and skill level to work on playing in a team format as well as practicing all the various skills included in the game of volleyball. Resembles UND Volleyball practice & game structure, includes a facilities tour.

Cost $350/Dorm Resident or $300/Commuter

INDIVIDUAL SKILLS CAMPS - Grades 7th and up

Can sign up for multiple days and multiple skills
Each camp runs on the following days:
June 24, July 1, July 8, and July 15

ATTACKING CAMP - $75
Check in 8:30 a.m.
Session 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

This camp is designed to provide campers with instruction on all aspects of hitting. Campers are instructed on footwork, arm swing, shot selection from every position. Beginners will learn the fundamentals needed to become efficient hitters, while advanced players will work fundamentals as well as decision-making and strategy. Campers are divided according to age/skill level. Open to all positions looking to grow their attacking skills and knowledge! Does not include a meal.

DEFENSE CAMP - $75
Check in 8:30 a.m.
Session 9:00 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.

This camp focuses on defense and is helpful for any player, from beginners to elite level players, looking to improve their ball handling skills. Drills are fast paced and will address both specific techniques and game-like play. Open to all positions looking to grow their defense skills and knowledge! Does not include a meal.

SETTING CAMP - $75
Check in 12:30 p.m.
Session 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

This camp is designed to give each player individual instruction on the setting position. Campers are instructed on foot-work, contact point, tempo and accuracy of sets. Drills give campers many touches on the ball with some game-like situations included. Campers are divided according to age/skill level. Beginning setters will learn the fundamentals they must acquire for their development. More advanced setters, in addition to fundamentals, will also work on decision making and strategy. Open to all positions looking to grow their setting skills and knowledge! Does not include a meal.

SERVE RECEIVE/PASSING CAMP - $75

Session 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

This camp focuses on serve receive passing and is helpful for any player, from beginners to elite level players, looking to improve their 1st contact ball handling skills. Drills are fast paced and will address both specific techniques and game-like play. Open to all positions looking to grow their serve receive skills and knowledge! Does not include a meal.

SERVING CAMP - $60 - *ONLY ON June 24, July 15
Check in 4:00 p.m.
Session: 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Our serving camp is designed to develop and/or improve players' serving skills. Campers will learn basic techniques and different types of serves. More advanced servers will work on serving zones, arm speed, and different serving strategies. This camp is aimed for all skill levels.

*Serving camp participants do not receive a camp tee shirt*

BLOCKING CAMP - $60 - *ONLY ON June 24, July 15
Check in 4:00 p.m.
Session: 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

This camp is solely designed for fundamental skill development of blocking. This camp will focus on different blocking techniques and footwork. This camp is aimed for all skill levels.

*Blocking camp participants do not receive a camp tee shirt*

TEAM CAMP - July 26-28

Varsity teams will train and compete for three days. Each team will be assigned a camp coach. Every team will view a demonstration of individual skills and team concepts followed by a brief training session and wash drills. The teams will participate in drills to improve their team defense, blocking, serve receive and offense. The last two sessions will consist of a tournament. Please coordinate your team’s attendance with your high school coach. Team must bring a minimum of eight players. Meals will be included for both commuters and residents.
