Gifted and Talented Program
The Gifted and Talented Program provides accelerated and enriched services for advanced-level learners, as well as talent development opportunities. Gifted and Talented resource teachers at the elementary and middle school level enhance the standard curriculum and provide specialized services to develop students’ unique talents and aptitudes. At the high school level, intern/mentor opportunities provide a formal, site-based, academic relationship between a high school student and a professional. The Student Well-Being Program coordinates prevention and intervention programs and services to support students, parents, and schools by addressing the cognitive, behavioral, social, and emotional health and safety needs of all students to maximize achievement.
